Re: Fuel Pump Wont Prime (P28 w/ Neptune RTP)
I didn't mean the fuel pump itself. The ecu needs repaired if the pump doesn't prime, and it does with a different ecu.

Re: How can I find out what ECU I have?
It's most likely an obd1 ecu p28 or p06 converted to vtec. If it is chipped with the right tune, it should be a problem, but without knowing if it's a good tune maybe buying a new chip wouldn't be a...

Re: Fuel Pump Wont Prime (P28 w/ Neptune RTP)
The car should still crank without an ecu installed. If you mean crank as in the starter turning the motor over that is. If it is just the fuel pump issue then it's a pretty easy fix.

Re: Running P72 ECU on b20b?
The best ecu would be one mapped for your b20b motor from a reputable business. The p75 ecu with a higher fuel pressure will work but it's more of a "bandaid" fix.
If you can put a different ecu...

Re: obd1 b18b1 loud intake noise at high rpms
Recheck your codes because there isn't a code 5. Not sure if it's related or not but a clogged cat/exhaust will cause the intake to sound "loud."

Re: h23a1 on crome
Yes you can use the chipped p72 and simply disable the vtec system in the software. You will need to have the h23a motor tuned. Don't run a basemap! You could try starting out with an ls basemap and...

It won't be worth the time switching between two. Any real gains will be from a custom header designed for your setup. Unless you have time and money to just throw at your setup for a marginal gain...

Crome has boost cut...Which version of crome are you using?
And what does tuning have to do with over boosting? How does tuning prevent a vaccum line from coming off the wastegate?

I've been running .036 P2H on my setup reving to 9200. I do have...
