Re: Making a 2004 Accord handle like a BMW (Uncle Ben's)

One thing that I have seen the Accord have is a problem with body roll. This can be replaced with an OE replacement, the new TL-S front and rear sway bars, a direct change, for a decent price....

Re: Dear Honda owners, please help! I'm doing research on Honda (Ariadna)

I'd be happy to help, have your email address as "not hidden" in your profile, or just email me the questionnaire, mine should be available within my profile.

Re: (SlowSOHC-T)

The whole AC problem is a giant PITA. There is more than one screw on the TB that you can adjust with the IACV, theres a high likelihood that its getting stuck or gummed up. Make sure your AC fan is...

Re: Hyper Medalion Sound? (qksl2)

Yes I have. The WS2 definitely outranks the Tanabe by a good margin. However, thats not saying the Tanabe is bad either, I just think that the WS2 sounds much better in all situations. It would...

Re: Hyper Medalion Sound? (qksl2)

Tanabe is fine. EVO2 is pretty loud. I have the WS2 and it sounds incredible. If I were him and he could wait, I would get dual WS2's because it sounds amazing. I waited and it was definitely worth...

Re: Looking for Shfter knob (vdavenp802)

I think you're probably out of luck there. I'm assuming MN6 is for a MT? I have a titanium one from Trust and I just put it in my glovebox or center console when I go inside for awhile. And I've got...

Re: Need help, car won't start/charge among other things (Uncle Ben's)

Same thing happened to me. The battery died then started running for awhile, then had a weird intermittent not wanting to start or not. Turned out my kpro was sucking the juice out of it and making...

Re: Growl noise when A/C turns on.. '04 Accord EX-L - 4 cylinder ??? (elad68)

I know exactly what you are talking about. Is this more likely to happen when your car is on an incline? It sounds like everything in your engine is being rattled around in its mounts? I know the...

Re: Growl noise when A/C turns on.. '04 Accord EX-L - 4 cylinder ??? (elad68)

Describe your growl noise. Does your engine RPMs drop when this happens like the compressor is trying to kick on? If that is the case then I think its normal, my car does the same thing and has been...

Re: Grease for brake calliper pins? (BLKFLSH)

Did you replace your stock brakes with aftermarket ones? Or are you just cleaning your existing ones? I'm curious because there have been problems with some aftermarket pads and rotors.

Re: Grease for brake calliper pins? (BLKFLSH)

I do mine at a friend's Acura dealership so I use Acura grease, which is literally same thing as the Honda stuff.

Re: Mod's to '04 Accord? (elad68)

Nothing much to do to increase gas mileage. You can get hybrid mirrors, they're heated I believe. I'm not sure what you mean about "light up the steering wheel". There is no "computer chip" there are...

Re: 03-05 v6 headers? (MrBusterGuy)

Not possible, the headers are cast into the block, making aftermarket headers impossible. If you want to go at it with a welding torch, by all means, but outside of that no chance.

Re: what gas should i put in my car? (lrcrx90)

I'm guessing 4cyl by the LX, so you don't need anything more than 87. Anything more is a waste of money. You can run 93 and you might see a slight hp gain and slight improved MPG, but outside of...

Re: Can a CAI cause trans problems? (gofaster012)

Shift harder like it slams into gear or lags in between gears? Fouled o2 sensors is very common and causes your car to have lag between shifts.

No, there is no way in hell a CAI could make your...
