Re: 1991 rt awd swap into 91 crx hf

There's a tonne of aftermarket support for this conversion now. Go with the CRV rear end and use a freelander VC, much more affordable. If you find a wagon driveline hit me up i make parts for...

Re: Fuel lines and external pump

The fuel lines are different diameters to the EFI models. On the carb you'll have feed, return and vent. Use the largest diameter for your feed, the second largest for your return and the smallest...

Re: S1lv3rW1z4rd's build thread

Remove the RTA from the car, torque that bolt and re fit the RTA.

I know it'd be super satisfying for your OCD to hear the torque wrench click to spec on that bolt, but really, just use a ring...

Re: S1lv3rW1z4rd's build thread

Looks great. Don't worry about your front wheel bearings, if you've only been pushing the car around they'll pull back together fine once you've installed your driveshaft again.

Why not switch to a stiffer spring/shock combo instead of increasing travel?

Or switch to a progressive bump stop... Just some ideas.

Re: HELP 89 Hf D15B swap obd0 to obd1

From the pics, it looks like you have a few problems to solve still. For example:
- Your injector resistor box (which you don't need for OBD1) has been cut off, but instead of being rewired, your...

Re: B16 Swap low coolant temperature

Old Honda engines aren't nearly as sensitive to oil vapour issues as VW's.

I wouldn't be worried running at 185.

Re: Overheating

How do you know it overheats? By tachometer do you mean temperature gauge? By goes to 0, do you mean falls all the way down to cold?

Re: S1lv3rW1z4rd's build thread

Depends what the protection is that's been put on them. If they've been plated, i would just leave them plated.

Awesome build mate, really love these in depth projects, they're few and far between!

Re: What cluster is this?
