If the OD is 2.75", that comes out to 69.85mm. The ID is 68mm. That leaves 1.85mm for the two sides. ...

I've used Crome, AEM EMS, and eCtune. Best is eCtune then AEM, and at the bottom is Crome.

Lots of stuff in Crome don't work properly. Support and improvements is practically at a standstill

You can just use paint stripper on it, then use VHT black or red wrinkle finish.

My engines valve cover came with the red wrinkle finish flaking off. VHT red wrinkle finish fixed the problem.
