Still on 31# of boost. Was hoping to get it cranked up a bit that day but my first 4 runs where total wastes. I upped...

I hit I57 last weekend for T&T, finally broke out of the 7's, didn't get a chance to try the little shot of...

Probably more fun running the efi class anyways, was it a 7.0 bracket?
I like the thought of the kos series, but when only two cars show...

Just about popped my motor, put a 50 shot on...

Re: The Effects of E85: Parts Test

Buddy of mine with a small block ford had some E-85 issues. His heads where ported past the pushrod holes in a few areas. The porter used an epoxy (probably JB) to skim over the holes and also fill...

Re: My 24x24 garage renovation, in floor heating and a hoist

Looking good, but damn you should of got a compressor and a 90# jackhammer. Those electric jobs are trash in comparison. You could of had that busted up in a day. Your hands would probably hold...

Re: Shortening an 8.8?

Pretty sure all 8.8's have c-clips. You can get 9" ends for them though.
The explore will have the big pin 31 spline limited slip though.
Never have been able to find out for sure, but I think...

Re: Shortening an 8.8?

Moser will do it for around $120, I stripped down the mustang 8.8 for my starlet and it was short enough for fedex to take it regular delivery. Cost like $25 for me to ship it.

Or search for 8.8...

Re: Can welding equipment damage tires?

Another vote for bad luck/timing. If a piece of hot slag that tiny could burn through a tire my arms and legs would be screwed by now.
About the only thing I could see that could possibly cause...

Re: Why do my ss welds not have color?

This, and when not using a lens be sure and keep your filler tucked in close while you move to keep it in the gas coverage...this seems to help a bit.
