Forgot to mention that I tried to do a quick fix by replacing the valve cover gasket, new spark plugs and spark plug wires, and it is in the same state.

I drive a 1997 Civic LX that overheated during Hurricane Sandy, I was not paying attention to my gauges, I was trying to go 60 but my car only went 40, I thought it was because of my leaking exhaust...

seems like the extended warranty is over, its covered by 14 years or 150k, I am only at 120k....but you think any dealership would be nice enough to still do it for me?

Can my exhaust manifold be welded back together? (Pics inside)

I was wondering if these can be welded back together since it seems to be cracked right at the joints.

Also will anyone be able to tell me if I have California or federal emissions manifold+cat?...
