just tried it out and it didnt work, when i spliced it, the brake work but when i turn the signal all the brake lights start flashing.

no, see i want the brake light to work when signal is off, but when signal is on the brake light dotn work and the light is flashing (turn signal)

well i know the psi should be 30 front and 31...

well i know the psi should be 30 front and 31 rear for my car, but when i was doing balancing the guy said 40 was fine cause its low profile.
will reduce pressure to 30 tomorow to see how it rides.

take a flat screwdriver and take the covers out...

take a flat screwdriver and take the covers out (put screwdriver from left or right side, not front or back), they are not molded, they should pop out easy.
but even when you will remove these...

i used 14ga wire and 30a switch and never had any...

i used 14ga wire and 30a switch and never had any problems, you only need relay if you add resistance from wires, but thicker wires give 0 resistance in a 3-4ft circuit.
i guess the only bad side...

first check the thermostat, it ould be stuck in...

first check the thermostat, it ould be stuck in closed position, but if the front of the engine is wet could be the headgasket.
