Re: California auto manufacturing plants?

Ok .. so other than Tesla (in Fremont), and TABC (Toyota Subsiduary), is there anything else actually operating? I'd really appreciate some local insight.

Thanks guys!

California auto manufacturing plants?

Hey guys,

I'm currently doing some research, and haven't found any great resources so far.

Where are the operational auto manufacturing plants in California, and who owns them?

Thanks!

Re: Boosted first gen questions...

oh, for sure... there's a very reputable tuner I will probably get to tune my setup.

Do you have a build thread/specs on your setup?

Re: crv with civic coilovers

I may not have disclosed - I already have the civic koni's too ;-) So if that were the case, I could just order a set up ITR rear shocks and be good to go. Makes quite a difference than if I had to...

Re: Boosted first gen questions...

Yeah.. basically my hatch rotted out (go Canadian winters!), and so I'm looking at the next platform to use. I figure AWD with boost is a great option - a lot less wheel spin issues, still a honda...

The coilovers I have are pretty stiff.. not drag, but certainly stiffer than stock.. I forget exactly, but something like...

Re: crv with civic coilovers

Question - thinking of getting a crv at some point (probably first gen).

I have EG ground control coilovers - would those work in combination with a koni shock (yellow?) for the CRV? Thoughts?

Koni and GC's are a good setup, yes. Check around. You may be able to find slightly better pricing than that.

Re: NSX Comptech Supercharger Miguel Angel 351.2 Whp / 223.5 TQ @ Dyno One.

The ONLY place I'd drive any decent car in the DR is on the track. The roads there (from what I've seen) are TERRIBLE! (I've been in Santo Domingo, and then drove out to the east coast from there.)
