what does your oil pan look like? if the bolts have been overtightened, the pan will bend, and not allow the gasket to seal. what ever you do, dont tighten more than the recommended spec or you'll be...

Needs Minor Work from sitting (tires, brakes etc)
Will complete all work at parts costs if needed.
Recent Head rebuild (all within factory specs), all new belts, plugs, wires, fluids... too much to...
