Can anyone help me find what criteria I have to meet for the o2 temperature sensor/o2 to become ready?

I tried cold start, let it idle for 5 min then 40-55mph for 2 minutes fallowed by decel to...

Aesthetics, mine is damaged. It's same as the car pictured, 2000 2door Integra.

Went to the Honda dealership today, scanned for codes again. Now the o2 temp sensor is not ready as well.

So 4 sensors in total are reading "not ready" o2 temp sensor, o2 sensor, evap, and...

My CEL is not on. I'll have it checked anyways.
I'm going to investigate that fuse, would it prevent the radio from powering, or only remove presets like you mentioned?

Well I have been unable to get the radio to power since I bought the car so maybe that's it?

As far as "not ready" it's what the failed inspection sheet the shop printed me says. Apparently these...

Got my car inspected and these three sensors came back "not ready"
Catalyst
Evap
o2 Sens
The shop told me to drive it a while and come back, well it's been a month and all three sensors still are...
