I understand the issue with a single stage and two stage master. From other guys i've heard good info with my current setup. I still believe it's air in the system.

I figured it out last night by starting from ground zero. From end to end it was 2.75 turns not 3.50. so center of the rack is 1.375 turns. Now I'll take it in for an alignment.

also note that the inner and tie rods are new. so i couldn't go with how many turns they came off at...

YLW/BLK tested 12v with ign on
BLK/BLU tested continuity to ECU plug

more testing when i get home. does anyone happen to have a good diagram of all ground locations in the EG/EJ

Wilwood 7/8 single port soft pedal

I converted to the whole boosterless Wilwood setup running the 7/8 single port master cylinder. Pedal assembly is soft and has resistant. Shouldn't this setup be rock hard with the pedal assembly?

I’m worried about corrosion in general. Once I drill out the factory spot welds from the Auto Trans mount on the frame, where the mount sat on the frame rail will be bare. I am sure the factory uses...

update swapped relays with the AC clutch and guess what the fan did? The fan didn't come on with the ign off. Can you guess what the A/c compressor clutch did?? turned on... So it's the relay. ...

it's the Master Cylinder.. look up behind the pedal assembly and look for fluid.

So i swapped out the condenser today in the quest of getting the a/c working. Once everyone was connected the condenser fan comes on with the ign totally off.

so it's that time to upgrade the tool box once again with some tools. I've been looking into circuit testing equipment. so far i have the usual tools nothing fancy.
