Hatch latch missing plastic face, won't close. 91 Si

The piece in the latch that the hatch's strike plate strikes has|had a plastic insert. It disintegrated and now the hatch won't close without slamming it way too hard. I put a zip tie in the gap...

2 1991 DA shells 2 engines 1 auto tranny AND MORE

Until Aug 09 I had a beautiful 1991 GS w/ orig Rio Red paint
It is now an almost fully functional teg.... the unibody member for the rear suspension is buckled.
It still runs and all stuff works on...

make sure you dont have a CA pickup bouncing around or other looseness

my CA pickup came loose and just made noise for a long time before it self destructed

bad rear end damage, still drives, but rear pass wheel is slightly crooked and same tire...

When I turn the key to acc or run the lighter is powered, after about 10sec the power is gone and I cannot get it back unless I turn the key off-on again, and still only ~10sec of...

my OEM shock tower rubber has shrunk and the nuts on the top of the fender (in eng bay) are bottoming out on their travel b4 the rubber is tight beneath the washer

it aint as ez as my crx was

I have looked at the dash fuse and tested all the accy terminals, none has 12v with lite-on and key off

there are some that have 12v with lites-on whether the key is...

turn the car to acc or run, and the led will blink any codes
in normal operation the led should come on for about a sec when...
