Valvoline vr1 full syn race oil in the black bottle is the good stuff. Oil color is blue, I'd use them whenever we run low on amsoil here at the shop.

Amsoil dominator 15w50, especially if you're on ethanol, brad penn will not support E.

lol, sorry for such a general description,

so here it is, the car that was subjected to the test was a 2000 integra with a JDM ITR motor (my own personal car at the time),
B18c (jdm itr)...

the crank will drop right in without any notching. The only thing you might have to do is to notch the bottom of the sleeves to clear the rod shoulder due to shorter rods. You might not have to do...
