Crome isnt the issue if the injectors are in 100% working condition. I have several cars running FIC 900cc on Crome with zero issues. You wouldnt even know these cars had bigger injectors

The 2-step is slow because he is using Crome, and doesnt not have the proper version to set it properly. If you want something with 100% working functions your going to have to switch over to Neptune...

You need the correct jumper harness for the car and the engine harness for the same year car. 2000 prelude means you need obd2b jumper harness and 2000 engine harness.

Hondata actually recommends that you run resistor plugs in your motor to avoid electrical interference. That could be your issue.

You have a fuel issue. Try changing fuel pressure regulator, and injectors.
