Factory settings are 8k front and 6k rear. I bought these used from hmotorsonline so I cannot be certain of the exact spring rates. They do feel stiffer then the Tanabe sustec pros I was running...

There's quite a range if sizes you could run. It depends on what you really want to do with the car. 15-17's will fit comfortably in those wells depending on offset and width. Tire size will depend...
