I found out what it was.

For anyone that was curious the green wire on my o2 sensor was melted/ripped/frayed.

Before anyone says anything I've searched everywhere and read the sticky at the top of the forum with the cel codes and their explanations. There is no code 68?!?!?

Yea but it says my wastegate sounds like an airhorn. And theres no option to delete a thread like on vbulletin forums, I found this out after I made this thread.

Well good news is I got a new wastegate, bad news is that wasn't the problem and I'm out $255. Does anyone know what else it could be???? Blow off valve possibly??
