That's the code for the ABS pump motor. Check the 40 amp ABS motor fuse and the 10 amp fuse in the ABS fuse/relay box under the hood. If your fuses are fine, check the ABS pump motor relay.

I changed the main relay. It was a PITA, but it helps if you remove the hood latch and coin tray. I know my back will be sore tomorrow.

vinuneuro, I forgot to ask you. If I remove the immobilizer board from the ECU, does it trigger a permanent check engine light? I won't be able to get BAR certified if it does.

It has to do with California's engine change laws. The car runs fine, but in order to get the BAR label, which indicates the engine change is legal for use in California, I have to do the ECU change....
