You only need to cut the intake arm from the throttle body side. It's kind of hard to explain but I would go slowly and only cut in small increments until you can achieve the alignment/angle that...

The Type R kit is my car. The Mugen kit is the owner of Evo Garage. Evo Garage built and maintains both cars. That's just a cut stock intake arm going from the Mugen airbox to the RBC on both cars.

USDM EP3 rails won't work. You either need JDM EP3 Recaro rails (assuming they're going into a EP3), or after market JDM rails for factory Recaros (ie Spoon/Vision).

All conventional rotors are cast iron not stainless steel. They will all rust to some degree. Brembo blanks would be the equivalent to OEM quality. Btw, what makes you think OEM rotors are poor...

Any of the OEM wheels will fit with the TSX calipers, aftermarket wheels generally are wider and have a lower offset than oem.

TSX calipers bolt right onto the RSX-S rotor/knuckle. The TSX has a slightly larger pad area than the AP1/DC5 pads. The TSX calipers will also fit inside 16" 02-04 RSX oem wheels.
