Looks like all the body shop did was realign the door and touch it up. Why don't you leave it at the dealership for the transmission issue? Tell them you'll pick it up when they fix the issue.

I haven't seen this setup before. But as someone who has researched and done stance before. I can tell you that you will need lots of camber and fender pulling on a Honda to get that offset and width...
