Re: 2003 Honda accord radio wont turn on

You can check for any blown fuses, but the 03 accords are known for having radio display problems. It's common for the circuit board inside the radio to fail and cause the display to go out or be...

Re: rear main seal leak after t-belt and power steering pump repair !!!

Completely unrelated to the work that was performed. The rear main seal sits around the crankshaft on the flywheel end. The transmission will need to be removed for the seal to be replaced.

Re: Anybody pay Honda out-of-pocket for their trans rebuild?

You should be able to get it covered, especially since it's still under the powertrain warranty.

But if you had to pay out of pocket i would expect a bill ~12 hours of labor for the removal of...

Re: Joe Rabon/Speedfactory Racing 67mm SFWD build

Should be a lot of fun once the new trans goes in.

I heard you picked up a new set of wheels for it too, let me know how they work out for you. I'm thinking about picking up a set.

Re: SOHC Boosted Set ups! Chime IN...a place for the SINGLE SLAMS

I've only had it for a few months, but it's fit and finish is nice and the throttle plate moves nice and smooth. I haven't had it stick at all. I'm also running a skunk2 intake manifold.

Re: SOHC Boosted Set ups! Chime IN...a place for the SINGLE SLAMS

Your build looks pretty good, although i'd recommend some name brand parts over the emusa kit, even used would probably be better. 400whp might be difficult with a log manifold, and you won't make...

Re: SOHC Boosted Set ups! Chime IN...a place for the SINGLE SLAMS

That's literally the car that speedfactory used for their cam testing for the super street magazine. Obviously the car has a different owner now, but that car picked up 81 whp with the cam. ;)

Re: IMPORT FACE-OFF: Combine FIS and AMP?

I'm for it. AMP up here in the PNW is a really light class. I think there was only 2 racers in that class at woodburn last month.

Re: Would a re-man steering rack come with a rack end bushing?

The replacement rack should be adjusted, i would put it in and test drive before making any adjustments.

You will most definitely need an alignment. You will need to get the tie rods adjusted as...

Re: Would a re-man steering rack come with a rack end bushing?

The rack-end bushing is basically internal as the passenger side inner/outer tie rods and boot need to be removed for replacement. So the bushing should be replaced with a new/reman rack.

If the...

I've spun a rod bearing before as well. Replaced the crank and rod and rechecked all the clearances and never had another issue. I'd bet that the crank and rod are way out round and will continue to...

It's a picture, so that's why the tires look like they aren't moving.
