two totally different things u got going on here

injectors will give you more fuel... but u need a way to control them.

FMU is just a shitty way of controlling your fuel use something better...

if ur car is obd2 and ur running an obd1 ecu the only way of passing emissions is to temp switch back to your obd2 ecu
