good luck....you should throw a cel for the EVAP either way. you need the 0bd2 p13 which only came in a 96 prelude..i paid $900 for mine new, there was only one available at honda in Cali and I live...

i bought them like that on ebay, theyre just the jdm stanley opened up and painted. you can slightly bake them to loosen the glue and than reseal them. setup is:

1996 accord ex sedan
200k + on...

i spun a bearing on my h22, it drove nice but lacked low end torque...thats an h23vtec from a sir wagon...it feels much better than my h22

well i drove around for a while, and the h23vtec definitely pulls harder than a h22a. the midrange torque is excellent and is great for daily driving. there is a small flat spot since the p13 kicks...

thanks. the pic is not the actual motor, but mine looks exactly the same. its from a 2000 jdm accord wagon. i got it for the same price as the obd2 h22s are going for so i figured, why not? only...

if i was smart i would hve kept the tach with the 7400 redline but swapped out the speedo with the one from my usdm cluster. but i sold it like an idiot

you have to take the front bumper off to reach the bottom mounts. the other two screws are on the metal brace above you lights. i just cut the bottom mounts off, sawed through the ones on the oem...

uhhh....pull your radio/cigarette lighter fuse and see if its blowm. its either in the fuse box under your hood or by the driver foot rest

yeah...oem honda in-dash phone.....the unit is by the cd player...has a microphone and sound is played through the speakers. it was like an $800 option for 96 accords, i got it for $9 10 years later.

f22 tranny has taller gearing and is good for boost. however if you want to stay n/a, with the f20b paired to the f22 tranny your car will be slower than with the h22 tranny

well, after alot of car problems, financial trouble and so on and so on and so on and....yeah, ive finally got an h23 vtec almost in my car to replace my blown h22a. ill be running it with the h22a...
