i did the swap in my 4thgen accord, and used the f22 harness. I didn't have to extend for any sensors, but i did have to add some wires for knock and vtec.

so you replaced both belts and got the timing straight?

the belts problem could be unrelated. did u check the usual suspects... fuel and spark?

I agree, i'm guessings its a wiring issue or a pressure switch malfuntion.

depending on what brand you purchase, some will come with instructions and even pictures. At least the bosch did.

yeah, but at least it will run better once you get it started.

Mine did the same thing a while back. I got two other main relays from the junk yard. Car still had the same problem after plugging...

yeah, they sure did go right into it. Did it act differently at all when you got it back? Did firestone's mechanic even try driving it?

valve seals leaky? when u pulled your plugs where they oily? or do u mean the valve seals that lock oil out of the cyl.?

yeah, i was just thinking that when i read his post. Turn the filter to the left. And i agree with using the strap wrench. Its prolly your best bet.

hehe... the offset... i just saw that post. *shakes head*

In my h22 swap I used all accord mounts. They mated with the brackets on the h22 just fine.

97' and up cars are OBDII, there will be more parts you would need and some wiring differences. You will be able to keep both AC and powersteering.

Have you checked the transmission fluid? (assuming its an auto) I'm not too familiar with the auto's but they do some crazy things from time to time. Also check the ignition timing.

I wouldn't worry about putting anything on the new O2 sensor, they come with anti-seeze on them already. At least Bosch replacements do.

Its up and under the dash on the driver's side. Its to the left of the steering column if you are in sitting in the car. Its grey and brown.
