So what does measuring do? I just take it to a body shop, and then they measure how misaligned things are? If it's too off, will I just have to go through them instead of DIY?

Ok, so I ran my car for about 5 minutes and felt the radiator, and it felt cool. I felt the upper hose and it got pretty hot fast, but I felt the lower tube and it wasn't as hot, if it was even hot...
