What is the compression at with those pistons? How much of a difference do you think the e85 makes vs pump 93?

Use some better rods. Nothin wrong with their strength, it's their weight and big end tolerances that aren't the best for a reliable AM application. Some Carrillo rods would be my choice. Or arp...

How did the oil pan look? Was there a lot in there? It's not too much to be worried about. Definitely looks like bearing material. Could have been from previous build and not all the oil passages...
