Its the main relay, Just get a new one and voila.

Mine used to fail after just a little heat, Like after running the heater I stop to get gas then the car wont start because the relay got hot....

Yes the meet is still on, Im petitioning that we have cars stay at sonic for at least an hour or so, Otherwise people are going to get scattered,

Mine is the same way Its been driving fine for almost 1k now, Of course Shifting into 1st gear is sluggish and like you said you have to let off on the gas before second or it will be rough

Search around but sounds like tranny failure, Their is a recall on some of those accords your transmission is most likely gone bad.
Good luck
5 speed swap is the only definite solution.
