Alright h-t ill try and keep it short and to the point.. a few months ago now, after a night of driving a little aggresivly the next day I noticed a very slight tap.. or ting from under the hood.

yeah remove that rubber grommet.. if all your bolts are out you should be good

hey i just did this a few days ago on a 00 i just bought.. be very very carefull with that long bolt that has the pin in it.
once the pin is out the cover will slide over it.. it will not obstruct...

Alright guys well i found the problem.. As i left the.key.on w the hazard lights.going i wiggled some ground connections looking for any change.. And Boom as soon as i touched the ground connection...

it most likely just low on fluid.. same thing happen to me, I did a swap once and cruising in 5th always varied how long it took. not long at all but would just slide its self out of gear.

Thanks fellas.. i did do a compression check every think checked out fine, havn't done it wet.
its a stock b16 with ctr cams.. obd 0 nothing recently changed like dump ass i did throw some octane...

ok so long story short, had a mean missfire a few days ago. cyl 1 plug was soaked in gas, gas was leaking through the header gasket etc.

got new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, injector, fuel filter...

from what i can find, it looks like there supped to be "bent" looks like an "e" once installed

Thanks, yeah I ended up tapping the 99 si IAT in the intake arm.. working great. Had to hard wire the plug for now, but it works

Nice, thanks.. I did a quick fix.. bought a 99 IAT only one in stock I could find on a Sunday.. so I just clipped the old connector, and hard wired the IAT and just have it hanging. I know ghetto.....

I have a 91 Integra with a B16, the mani Im running doesnt have a spot in the mani for an IAT...

Wow. So I swapped 2 and 3 according to your pick. Immediate difference. thanks Running pretty strong. still doesn't seem at full potential.

23 knock. the block had no knock sensor (installed one) 22 vtec pressure switch. loose wire.

Na the single cam solenoid will not fit. If you have a gsr and are missing your solenoid your gonna need either a gsr a type-r solenoid. Im not sure if the B16 is interchangable, it may but i dont...

Oh I couldn't agree more, they make a great product, and for nearly every diffrent kind of application but sometimes money only permits something a little less expencive.

yea you'll need to use 92-93 integra mounts.. for a decent priced and good quality mount I'd go with something like innovatives steel mounts. I belive mine were about $220 shipped, or you can go...

I had pretty much the same problem turned out to be a spun rod rod bearing.. I just tore it down so i couldn't give you a compression comparison although with 0 compression im not sure about...
