95 accord brake lights

brake lights dont come on, however the tailights when i turn on my headlights do, they dont brighten when i brake. 1995 accord ex 136k miles. also, someone jacked my car and tore out the key...

well actually it hesitates at about 4500rpms at WOT then goes back to normal acceleration at 5kish, and i hope you didnt mean to be condescneding with your comment. not all of us know everything...

i have a 1995 ex, f22b and i get hesitation and its most noticeable in 2nd gear. basically vtec doesnt engage until about 5k rpms (should be 4) and when it does its much more noticeable than it...

its an f22b with 129k miles.

sohc vtec wasnt made for performance, it's main purpose is to save on gas. and really the only noticeable sound is the exhaust note changes ever so slightly. you can hear it barely. i have a 95...

so, the 95 accord has the f22b. and this may make me look retarded, but will the f22c fit well enough into the accord? or is it a completely different engine that just happens to be f-series?

the other day i went to the gas station, and after i finished getting gas, i turned the key, it turned, but stopped partway through. it repeated this several times before it turned all the way over...
