yes, you can do it without taking the engine out. its easiest to remove the tranny out from underneath the car to do the clutch, then pop it back in.

yup, it will work fine. there will be an extra socket on the cluster that you wont have a plug for, but its the lights for the prndl so dont worry about it. good luck with it

Depending on the condition of the bushings you already have, you might be able to use urethane to fill the cracks and bring it back to life. They sell urethane at hardware stores for window caulking...

If it has a cracked head it has probably overheated and has other problems, like the cooling system or a blockage in the coolant passages. Is it a good deal? Its up to you, with some time and effort...

I wouldnt consider it a sway bar, its more like a strut tower bar in function. Think of an Ikea bookshelf with the cardboard backing. Without that backing, the whole shelf will fold pretty easily....

naah, you shouldnt have any problems at all. it certainly isnt "too much" for the tranny, the only difference is the gear ratios. they are a little longer. i ran the same combination for over a year...

Considering a h22a1 block with my h22a4 head. Which headgasket would be appropriate? Honda part numbers are 12251-P13-004 for the h22a1 and 12251-P5M-004 for the h22a4. Are they identical?
