It does have AEM cam gears. Is it possible that they "slipped" causing the timing to be off? I would suspect the dizzy but there's no CEL.

Mine does it too. It even did it alittle with the stock headlights so i'm not too worried about it. Seems worse when the motor is cold.

What about wiring to a relay that turns off the low beam filimament in the H4 bulb while the high beam filament is on. I've heard that running these at the same time is very dangerous.
