Rebuilt my AC this past summer... If the compressor is coming on, then at least you have some refridgerant. If it was out, then pressure switch would have killed the compressor to protect the system....

Agreed with above. 100% antifeeze isnt horrible, but you should fix it. Drain some from the rad and add water. You can use a Hydrometer if you wanted to check the specific gravity of the mixture...
