The 1.6 is a tooth longer or so and the tension might take up the slack. On mine I had problems with it slapping the belt cover so proceed with caution!

Man the rust on that thing is unbelievable, I've never seen it so bad. Its going to be so much better once you get new metal in there. You get my support on this one. It looks like a fun project....

Yea its a pretty big welder, it uses 220v if I remember correctly and it's a mig.

THe only prep we did was to grind all paint off leaving just the metal on one side. Now we were just doing this...
