throttle cable should work, may need to do some creative routing in the engine bay. My b16 came from a 91 JDM Integra, it was long but it works
valve cover stud- not sure but I think an NSX stud...

My first thought is that it is your dimmer switch. I assume you know where that is. If you know someone with a simular car, Try theirs and see if it works or go to a junk yard and pay $2 for a used...

Crx mud flaps are shaped a little different due to the lower plastic trim on the CRX. You might get them to work but they won't look quite right. You wouldn't have a right front mud flap for a CRX...

Yes it is , the tach wire is light blue and you can splice at the dizzy or from behind the instrument cluster, it is the only blue wire on the cluster plugs.
