Go ino the parameters, click on the protection tab and adjust the radiator fan controls. You can set the maximum speed here

I forgot to mention that I did do that. I pulled each wire one by one, along with each injector clip very shortly one by one and the idle changed for every cylinder

The block was just recently rebuilt not to long ago. Compression numbers across the board were 290-295 dry.

yeah make sure you take the long starter bolt off, its the one on the bottom of the starter. Make sure the L bracket is off and 1 bolt that is near where the rear mount goes is out.

you can put it down there as a cai but i would never leave it on without a filter driving it around because tons more dirt gets sucked in from the cai spot than the short ram spot.
