I heard that the stock tb and cable will work just that it wont be as clean and you probably have to...

yes it will. Turbo mag has done a recent build on a gsr with all carb legal parts and most skunk 2 parts are carb/smog legal.

You can go a cheaper route by getting pennzoil syncromesh instead of gm. You can find it at autozone.

Why not get friction modified. Syncros need friction to work best. Friction modified also...

Sorry that this isnt about the intake, but i think u should get rid of those skunk2 stage 2 cams. You should have atleast 11:1 compression for those. I wanted them at one point also but i would not...
