You are using a chip emulated ECU, which probably means it is running crome engine management software. The good news is that box that says "extreme hulog" is a datalogger you can hook up to a laptop...

Re: Neptune not logging VSS or gear, No cel..

The VSS comes from an electrical sensor on the transmission and goes to the ECU directly. did you check that plug? or what sensor/plug did you check?

Re: 1997 Honda Del Sol VTEC 20,xxx miles MINT CONDITION

gah.. Beautiful car man.. I think the price guarantees it will go to someone who appreciates it. I would jump on this if I were in a different situation. good luck with the sale.

Re: 15" wheels for autocross? how about 14"..or.. 13"

Re: 1991 civic EX sedan possible ECU issue?

There is a fast idle thermal valve (aka FITV) that allows more air through the throttle body in the event the car is not warm, which helps control the idle. It may be stuck in the cold idle position....

Re: 1991 civic EX sedan possible ECU issue?

the ECU controls the idle based on engine coolant temperature. I suspect what you are seeing is exactly that. if you driveit around and get the car to operating temp, the idle will go back below 1k.

Re: EF first Gen B16A Cable Tranmission Replacement

True, except the rear mount bracket for cable vs. hydro is slightly different.. You have to drill the holes out with a 9/16ths bit to fit the hydro trans properly

Re: Need Help With CRX D16Z6 axles and fuel leak.. PLEASE~!

The old axles will fit. just use them.

the hella tight part might be your problem. You probably need at least a new crush washer, and i would just buy a new OEM fuel filter bolt and banjo bolt...

Re: New SMF rule change: +200lbs, crx tax stands, down to 1L penalty for boost

The carbon fiber plug is also fine, as it fits in...

Re: hydro conversion question???

you need the 90-93 integra t bracket. you have to enlarge the t-bracket bolt holes a bit to make everything fit, but that is the right part.
