You really need to straight edge the block. Dont know how many clowns over here dont do that end up with the same issue. Dont forget to check the head as well with the straight edge. Looks like it...

Did you check the ground on the thermostat? Not looking at it, but really checking it with a voltage drop? Did you take a multi meter and test for battery voltage at the pump? I dont understand why...

i am h2b currently in my del slow. With a h22a and some pro 1 cams I put out 232 hp and 160tq. totally fun to mob around in. But now I am boosted. Straight skating on ice. H2b is too much fun.

I put the spal fan you guys recommended. trimmed my upper hose a bit so gets a little less "kinky" ha! Looks like problem solved. Drove it in 100 degree weather yesterday and all good. wouldnt go...

Thanks for the response guys. So much appreciated. I am going to go ahead and order the spal fan. Thanks for the part number. That makes it so much easier. Hopefully that cures the overheating issue.

sorry. Didnt clarify. So the temp raises to 212 throwing the cel on . And if i keep driving it will keep going up. Takes a while for the car to over heat.

In an eg. I absolutely love it. All motor it was a beast. Only thing sucks is shaving the back of the block to make it clear the axle. Made 232hp and 166tq with cams.

i actually have that and use it. But I noticed on my setup using that wouldnt get all the air out. I had to cap the radiator and start opening the bleeder on the tstat housing. as if the housing sat...

ID? whats that short for? I forgot to say I am already running a walbro 255 in it from the get go. I think the cams made the big difference. I looked online everywhere and all the h22 stock bottom...
