Stock cast pistons will work great for what you aim for. Strength wise I'd not consider forged until 300-350whp. Coating is nice but nowhere needed for your goals.

If those afr readings are somewhat correct, you're running on borrowed time. Pull the plugs and if they are really 7's the ground straps probably already show signs of melting.

Don't rebend the lines, just make some sort of mount. Does not have to be the sturdiest ever. Just something to support the weight of the block and noid, if it wiggles there...

I could be wrong but i don't see a bracket supporting the dist block, if i'd where you... I'd mount the solenoid directly onto the dist block. Be sure to brace them enough because when launching...

Correct, it only effects near empty performance during hard accel. You can account for this by slightly tilting the siphon tube to the rear.
