Looks like the answer is yes...I guess I should have just dug a little more in the Googles.

Car felt like it was misfiring and it threw a CEL. I checked and it gives one code, P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor.

I just want to confirm the camshaft position sensor = the top dead center...

Is the fluid above minimum? Does it only get tough during turns while moving or parked on level ground or both? PS isn't starving during turns?

Just a heads up in case you haven't considered it: If I recall correctly, if you go the RSX sway bar route you will need new bushings to accomodate the larger bar diameter.
