I changed my dead alt about 3 months ago and now that its raining it squeals when I start the car (for 3-10 seconds) Should I adjust the tension? Replace the belt? Not worry?

My d15b2 has started making a noise from the timing belt cover/cam area. The best way I can describe it is a clicking to a rattling sound. Is this something to worry about or just the sign of a 16...

Turns out it's a 2000 ex, doesnt matter the 12v fuse inputs are still there. So if I went to pepboys/kragen etc. I could buy a 12v fuse that I can connect the power wires too?
