Re: 81.5mm headgasket...searched (blackeg)

I'm using an OEM HG on my 81.5mm. No issues, Make sure you didn't put it on upside down (not trying to insult), and use copper spray this time.

Re: New project: Turbo EP3 is underway. Need info! (SovXietday)

Re: high or low compression boost (ekhatchb18)

You could do it, the margin for error is smaller. It will take less boost for you to hit the same goal, and your engine will have better respones out of boost but its more dangerous. I have 9.8:1...

Re: (nytosc)

That setup is hardly a b20 anymore, and it is not his DD. But I do see your point.

I still think Piston/Rods + Up boost is the safest best bang for buck way to get to 325. But you could always go...

Re: how much psi on pump gas? 60-1 (sp00led)

I think 18psi would be as high as I would go on 93 for daily driving. If you just want the Dyno sheet you could try to hit 500hp by turning it up a little higher, but I wouldnt keep it there for...

Re: Engine Bay/Under Hood Temps & Airflow - Real Data (tepid1)

You could also try "tilting" your intercooler. The WRX guys do it to their top mount intercooler to lower temps. The same concept may help FMICs.
