A solid CEL just means you have a code stored. Until you pull the code and figure out what the code is related to the Check Engine Light is just that, a LIGHT.

I would go with something like RC 550's. I'm assuming you are planning to tune it correct? The tuner can tune those bigger injectors down if you don't need that much fuel. so It's always better to go...

Check all your vacuum lines, it sounds like a classic honda idle leak, make sure all your gasket seals and vacuum line connections are good. Especially that intake mani. gasket!

uhhhh, I guess it could be possible but highly unlikely, you'd have to have a shiz load of oil in there and you'd prolly have a bunch of bent rods from them slapping into the oil before you blew out...

Well the biggest advantage is wheel diameter. Other than that it's looks and feel. You'd be surprised how much a steering wheel can change the way your car feels.

CAI, the cooler the air charge is entering the engine the more dense it is which is what you want!

Also the longer the intake is the more velocity the air has entering the engine and thus helping...

Just because it was tuned on chrome doesn't mean it was tuned properly. I'm not saying it wasn't but there's that possibility. all depends on your tuner and how good he is.
