Battery: 12.56v
Headlights / Hazards: do not work.
Ohms from neg term to transmission: On the 2000 setting it was 700-750

I have a multimeter. I just tested the ignition switch using this:

Checked the starter motor connections.
Cleaned and checked battery ground connection to the chassis.
Checked all fuses under the hood and under the dash, all is good.

Is there another fuse for...

I was having problems getting the car to start (clicking like not enough electric to turn over the starter) Popped the clutch and got it started. Went home and cleaned all the battery contacts...

I did check all the fuses under the hood. I thought maybe a main relay or someting was going out however the car usually runs fine. just seems to be low voltage.

The wiper switch could be bad or a common problem is the wiper motor istelf. I had that happen for a while and ended up putting the wiper switch between on and off. That way I could still use them....

Air bubble in teh cooling system?

COuld heat up expand, push coolant out into overflow. Cools down, sucks it back in.

Does the overflow tank drain after cooling down? Any erratic temp guage...

when I change my oil/filter in my D16y8 the mobil 1 stays pretty golden untill about 5-6k miles. Then it starts to get dark/dirty.

I mean I can barely see it on the dipstick for the first few...

See and I totally disagree. Stock D16Y8 has much more out of boost power at 9:6:1 than it did with forged internals at 8:5:1.
