if you look at the tops of cp pistons you can see how they are machined down to a pinpoint in the exact center of the piston. Some ot the others you mentioned just dont seem to have that same touch....

TPR did tune it. They didn't it tune it well. It had many glitches. It sputtered and such. It made 426whp and 315tq. The deckplate was the builders suggestion. Same with the 5 main girdle. And about...

Hondata s200 is proven but the s300 is alot easier to use. Other than that this setup should rock ask erl for thier girdle as well you'll love it.

It has a deckplate and 2 headgaskets no to mention the stroke is ls. It's not actually 9:7:1. It should be lower because of the gap.
