Undo the one bolt holding down the speed sensor and pull straight up. As for the bitch pin, use a hammer and a punch. Or you can use a C-clamp shown here:...

It's the injectors. If you are going to run those injectors you need to get it tuned. The stock ecu won't work. Put the stock injectors back in.

You don't "have to" take off your bumper. It all depends how you want to mount the ballast. If you are fine with them mounted in your engine bay then no need to remove the bumper at all.
