Trying to find a replacement. I have found something called a " ignition accessory relay." Is this the same thing. Anyone know where to purchase a replacement?

Header is the stock exhaust manifold. Both the Exhaust and CAT were put on at meineke so they are nothing fancy. Just replacements of the factory parts.

I believe emissions inspection is only required in Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William County, Loudon County, and Stafford County.

Checked the fuses and all are good. Checked for spark on two different plugs and nothing. So I removed the Ignition Coil and Igniter.

How do I test them to see if they are bad?
