New Climate Control-No A/C

Hey i was wondering if anyone has experience with this, but i just put a new climate control in and the a/c button does nothing, when i push it in the blue light doesnt even come on.

well, i just pulled out the rain gutters and applied a line of black sealant under them as well as on the inside of them so ill let it cure overnight and spray it with high pressure water hose...
