Probably confused H with A. 3rd generation Accords have a A20 motor, along with some 2G Preludes. There's also a A18, but that's it for the A-series.

Your biggest concern would be the oil, if it's sludged it might be a problem. Especially if it's sludged in areas besides the oil...
