Ive tested square endtank intercoolers on a flow bench, and the results are less than desireable...

Smoothing out the exit side is where you will find the most gains...

What did they tell you about the small "dimples" they drilled in the intake ports... Is it to create intake turbulance around the injector nozzles... interesting, as I have never seen that before....

The tranny controller is inside the ecu... meaning with out the auto stuff in the ecu, the car will not shift correctly and the tcc lockup solenoid will never engage... the car will still run and...

High Nox is caused by high combustion temps, usually from late ignition timing... Do you have an Auto... they sometimes come with an EGR and yours could not be working...
