Pretty easy install on this bar, I opted to paint the base plates with a rust inhibiting sealant paint. Doubled up nuts where necessary.

Just HondaBond here. I had purchased a sheet of MrGasket material and cut all new gaskets to wind up not using them. HondaBond, thin smear, both surfaces that are being mated.

This is roughly how mine is setup, although not sure the specifics as my tuner made it happen. But VTEC kicks in at 3-3500RPM only when at WOT (or maybe its based on vacuum)

I always hesitate to go too tight, as I feel like Im putting too much pressure on the alternator. Is that even possible? Im probably over thinking. Thanks Grim!

I had my SC rebuilt with a mild port from Steigemeier. They were ok, and I felt pricey. I cannot comment on the port since I didnt really crack open the charger to see what material they took away...

What size exhaust are you dumping the LHT 3" header into? Could be a bottle neck if it's 2.25 or something. Consider keeping it 3" all the way in and out. Also save a little extra cash for a larger...
